Raymond Central wins Centennial Invite; Huskie girls third, Broncs fourth
The Raymond Central Mustang girls flexed their muscles in the running events and pulled away from the rest of the field at the Centennial Invite on Tuesday.
T-Wolf girls third in their own invite
The Hampton girls won four individual events at Tuesday's Exeter-Milligan Invitational, but could claw their way no higher than fourth in the team standings. The T-Wolves of E-M hosted the meet which was contested on the facilities at McCool Junction.
McCool boys first in E-M Invite
It wasn't their meet, but the McCool boys won the Exeter-Milligan Invite on the Mustangs' own track Tuesday. The T-Wolves of E-M ran the five-team varsity invite at McCool Junction, which has the better track and field facilities.
Bronco boys strong in field events; Raymond Central wins girls title
Before the running events even started the Centennial Broncos had racked up 92 points in the field events. Their fast start paid off. The Centennial boys finished with 139 points to second place Malcolm's 108 at the Centennial Invite on Tuesday.
Cougars and Knights in action at Friend Invite
The Freeman Falcons won both the girls and boys team races at the Friend Invite on Tuesday. The Freeman boys were led by Derek Zimmerman who won four events to lead the Falcons to 108 points, more than 20 better than runner up Meridian with 80.5.

The York Dukes made the long trek west to McCook on Tuesday and were part of the 12-team field at the McCook Invite played at Heritage Hills Golf Course.
